Geosynthetic lining systems have prooved to be superior guardians of groundwater around landfill operations, but it’s still good to know that recycling programs, particularly for household hazardous waste, are showing strong gains. Electronics, batteries, and harsh cleaning chemicals represent an ever-growing percentage of landfilled household waste.
