Just prior to the opening of IFAI Expo Americas 2010 (27-29 October 2010, Orlando, Florida) a special business track will be held. A session of note within the business track is “Sustainable Design Green Roofs and Landscapes.” It takes place Tuesday, October 26, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the conference site in Orlando. Licensed architects and landscape architects qualify for free attendance at this session and may earn up to 2.0 CEHs. Key points of focus include utilizing geosynthetics, sustainable design, green roofs and more.
Presenters include:

- Allan Wingfield, AIA, Colbond Inc.
- Bruce Dvorak, ASLA, Dept. of Landscape Architecture & Urban Planning, Texas A&M University
- Nicole Eisenhardt, Tecta America Corp.
Both Sanchez and Wingfield bring considerable experience in geosynthetics to the session. Topics of discussion will include material performance, green roof design and energy efficient environments, green walls, sustainable landscapes, and much more.
