TenCate launched its MiraSpec Design Solutions Software in September 2010 to provide flexible pavement design assistance and demonstrate the benefits woven reinforcement and stabilization geotextiles in roadway structures.
Now, the company has unveiled a flexible pavement design app for the iPad.
This is the first iPad tablet application from TenCate Geosynthetics Americas. Grounded in the utilization and performance of Mirafi® RSi geotextiles, the app offers product data sheets and information.
“We are extremely excited about our new roadway reinforcement design app,” notes Brett Odgers, P.E. in the company’s official release. “We are always striving to make it easier for Engineers to design with geosynthetics and we think this app helps to accomplish our goal.”
Odgers serves as the Market Manager – Roadway Reinforcement for TenCate.
The new App is available for the iPad and for download to all users through the Apple iTunes Store (search term: ‘TenCate’).
