26 September 2011 – TenCate Grass is seeking more than $100 million in damages from FieldTurf based on a number of claims that include libel, slander, false advertising, and breach of contract. The claims of TenCate Grass are recently filed in a US District Court.
TenCate Grass brings these claims following various (marketing) communication and public information of FieldTurf which directly or indirectly refer to TenCate Grass products and / or this TenCate division.
