A recent reconstruction of a lot on Texas A&M University’s campus has not only provided needed parking and renovations, but saved a number of trees. Somewhat new for the campus is the use of geogrids instead of traditional lime for stabilization. Lime can damage tree roots. For this project, the university used Tensar’s Triax Geogrid.
