Anyone who has ever attended the annual Transportation Research Board (TRB) gathering in Washington, D.C. knows that it is one of the biggest and busiest transportation engineering shows they’ll ever attend. Finding the sessions and committee meetings relevant to your interests can be daunting: TRB annually has 11,000+ attendees, 4,000 presentations, and 750 sessions and workshops.
The 2013 TRB Conference will be held January 13–17 under the theme “Deploying Transportation Research – Doing Things Smarter, Better, Faster.”
To help attendees make the most of their time, TRB has launched a very useful mobile app that allows one to use their registration email to login and save agendas, search sessions by keywords (such as “geogrid” and “geosynthetic”), find committee meetings, etc.
The app, TRB 2013, is available in the iTunes App Store and on Google Play.
