Geosynthetics Mining Solutions 2014 will be the first international conference focused exclusively on geosynthetics in mining. More than 30% of the annual, global geomembrane production is utilized in the mining industry. Other materials are used in road reinforcement, platform stabilization, processing, drainage, erosion control, remediation and closure, and other mining applications.
