In Wellesley, Massachusetts, work has finally been cleared and is moving forth on the reconstruction of Sprague Field. A geotextile separation layer is being installed, as is a drainage system, beneath both artificial turf and natural grass athletic fields. Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) will be used with the artificial turf rather than tire crumb. All work will be complete by next spring.
