Wildlife on the Cap

The Star Beacon newspaper of Ashtabula, Ohio has published a piece on the degree to which landfills are engineered and how wildlife become a welcomed part of capped landfills. Increasingly, former landfill cells are proving to be successful transformation stories. They are often converted into recreation zones or even wetlands.
